Mold Plast titanium nitride (TiN) based coating is a PVD coating, which has been specially developed by TITANIT, and which has a very smooth and even surface. Thanks to its superior surface quality, it is especially applied to the surfaces of dies and cores used in the production processes of transparent plastics through injection. It prevents optical distortion and fluctuation problems on the surfaces of plastic products which are transparently printed.
